Don See is a consultant for Willie S. Williams and Associates, an instructor
at Cuyahoga Community College and President of Another View, a multi-service agency. Another View provides training to Governing
Boards, develops family centers, conducts program evaluations of organizations and assesses quality and utilization of services
and personnel development in organizations.
The agency conducts training in program development, managed care,
welfare reform, mental health, chemical dependency, cognitive therapy, human development, medical records control and documentation,
development of treatment plans, quality assurance, sustainability, cultural diversity, team building and proposal writing.
In addition to training, Another View provides policy and procedure development, and conducts management audits.
Don has been a Professor in the department of Psychology at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio for the past twenty
years. He is a Licensed Independent Social Worker; a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical
Dependency Counselor for the State of Ohio. He is also a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for the Ohio Department of
Transportation. He is member of the National Partnership for Recovery and the National Center on Substance Abuse and Child
Welfare Expert Panel. He has worked in the areas of Chemical Dependency (providing specialized treatment to women, children
and men), HIV/AIDS, Homelessness, Domestic Violence and Mental Health for over twenty years. He is also a marital and
families counselor. His later book is titled "Keys to Successful Relationship" From Childhood to Adulthood

Allen Huff, MSSA, L I S W Vice President
Allen Huff is a licensed independent social worker in the
State of Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College in 1974 and his Masters in Social Sciences Administration
from Case Western Reserve in 1976. Since receiving his degrees he has served as:

Adjunct Professor • Community Organizer • Group Worker • Housing & Business Developer
His career has included co-authoring a book, “Style Over Substance, A Critical Analysis of an African-American
Teenage Subculture”, published by African American Images, Chicago, Illinois.
Presently he serves as the
President/Chief Executive Officer of The Neighborhood House, Inc. and is the Vice President of Another View, LLC.
Allen, Don and staff has been requested to be speakers, workshop leaders, and trainers for various organizations, as well
as state, local and national conferences.
